Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no Personal Information and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no Personal Information and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
What we do not collect
Squire explicitly does NOT collect, store or log the following data:
- IP addresses visiting our website
- IP addresses upon service connection
- DNS Queries while connected
- Any information about the applications, services or websites our users use while connected to our Service
What we do with Personal Information
We use Personal Information for general business purposes, such as providing you with access to and use of our Sites and Services; servicing your account and providing support for your use of the Sites and Services; design, develop, and improvement of our Sites and Services; operating security and loss prevention programs; communicating with you; and performing day-to-day business operations such as accounting and internal reporting.
We may use your personal information to support Services you have obtained from us, such as notifying you of a product update or fix. When a customer engages with our technical support professionals, we collect the customer’s name and contact data, information about the customer’s organization, and any relevant system and usage data or error reports. This information is used to diagnose and resolve problems and to communicate with the customer as needed to support the troubleshooting effort.
We will retain information that you provide to us in connection with a business relationship or potential business relationship between your company and Squire for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We may still retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Anonymous Information
If we collect or process anonymized information from you or about your use of our Sites or Services, we commit that we will not attempt to re-identify the information to make it personally identifiable.
Who we share your Personal Information with
We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties under any circumstance. We also do not share your Personal Information with third parties for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
How long we retain your Personal Information
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your Personal Information
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. The Sites and Services are not intended for children under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records.
